Hawks draft picks 2010
Meet the Club's newest recruits...
Hawthorn's 2010 AFL Draft campaign has seen the Club secure four new youngsters at the Gold Coast event on Thursday 18 November.
The Hawks are pleased to announce the following 2010 draftees:
#19 - Isaac Smith
Height: 187cm
Weight: 75kg
DOB: 30/12/88
Club: North Ballarat Roosters (VIC)
Bio: Medium forward who has enjoyed a meteoric rise in recent months. Began the 2010 season playing with Redan in the Ballarat league in central Victoria. Was part of the Victorian team that won the national bush footy championships and was then invited to play with North Ballarat in the VFL. By the end of the year he had played in a VFL premiership. Has exceptional pace, endurance and agility.

#38 - Mitch Hallahan
Height: 184cm
Weight: 81kg
DOB: 23/08/92
Club: Dandenong Stingrays (VIC)
Bio: Tough inside player with a penetrating right foot; wins one-on-ones and is disciplined. All-Australian team member in the 2010 AFL Under-18 Championships, where he averaged 20 disposals at 66 per cent efficiency with an average of five tackles.

#55 - Angus Litherland
Height: 190cm
Weight: 86kg
DOB: 12/10/92
Club: Claremont (WA)
Bio: Angus is a tall defender with excellent closing speed and spoiling ability. He shows ability to rebound from defence.

#66 - Paul Puopolo
Height: 175cm
Weight: 75kg
DOB: 02/12/87
Club: Norwood (SA)
Bio: Small but strongly-built defender with excellent speed and the ability to break the lines. Transformed himself into one of the most reliable back pocket/run-with players in the SANFL last season, and did number on fancied Woodville-West Torrens wingman Jared Polec in the second half of their preliminary final.
