Ahead of tonight's action, we're bringing you a special edition of Golden Years to get you in the draft day mood!

Most of us will be sitting at home in front of the television tonight, excited to find out what hidden gems Graham Wright, Mark McKenzie and the recruiting team can dig out of the draft pool.

However, for the potential draft class of 2020, the night is destined to generate considerably higher stress - for obvious reasons.

Someone who is all too familiar with the mixture of intense emotions that come with draft night - the nerves, the pressure, the elation - is second-year Hawk Will Day.

Today, he joins the Golden Years podcast team to discuss that fateful night that saw his name called out by the brown and gold - the club at which his grandfather won a premiership - as well as the whirlwind adventure that followed, including a global pandemic, living in a hub, making his AFL debut and becoming one of the most highly touted youngsters in the competition.

This one's not to be missed - listen below, or search for Golden Years on your chosen podcast provider.
