Hawthorn VFLW has been forced to make four changes ahead of its all-important Round 5 clash with Carlton on Saturday.

Annalise Vine and Kaitlyn Carew will both be on the sidelines this weekend following a concussion, while Katherine Newton will miss with an eye contusion.

Veteran Meg Hutchins is also set to be watching on with the club opting to manage the 39-year-old.

Dominique Carbone will make her return to the side after playing in the NTFL Grand Final last weekend with the Darwin Buffaloes.

Having missed the side's loss to Collingwood last week due to a knee injury, Jemma Owen has also claimed her spot in the team back.

Alex Cuss and Amy Malander have also been included in the Hawks 21.

The Hawks will take on Carlton at 2pm on Saturday at IKON Park.
