It was a big day at Waverley Park, with the return of the infamous 1991 'batmobile' providing a fitting reminder of Hawthorn's past successes as the Hawks completed their main training session ahead of Sunday's clash against the Eagles.

Coach Alastair Clarkson gave draftee Denver Grainger-Barras a few important driving tips (see pictures for reference), before the team launched into a long training session under the Waverley Park sun.
