James Worpel has received the nod from fans as Hawthorn’s Round 16 MVP following the side's loss to Port Adelaide.

Worpel led from the front against the Power as his strong run of form continues.

Recording 23 disposals, the 22-year-old also registered a game-high eight tackles and a team-high nine clearances.

Worpel also kicked a goal in the third term, making it the third game of the last four that the youngster has hit the scoreboard.

After a relatively slow start to the season, the 2019 Peter Crimmins Medallist has since hit his stride and once again proven one of the Hawks most reliable performers.
