Hawthorn has set a new all-time membership record, with a staggering 81,494 members signing up before yesterday’s cut-off date.

The milestone comes just days after smashing through 80,000 members for season 2022.

Hawthorn CEO Justin Reeves said the significance of the achievement should not be understated in the club's storied history.

"We are incredibly proud to share this special moment with our loyal members, especially when we consider the challenges we have faced over the past two years," Reeves said.

"As a club, we are blown away by the unwavering support from all our beloved members.

"We know every single member continues to play an integral role in our success as a club, both on and off the field."

The all-time club membership record follows the exciting news of Hawthorn's AFLW membership base marching past 5,000.

Hawks fans can still join the club on this historic journey and sign up to become an inaugural AFLW member.
