Following a career-best seven goals in Hawthorn's 85-point win over North Melbourne on Saturday afternoon, Jack Gunston has polled eight votes from the coaches. 

Joining him on eight votes was Karl Amon after he recorded a team-high 33 disposals, 11 score involvements and a game-high 782 metres gained.

Jai Newcombe led the way in the midfield with seven votes following his 27 disposals, nine clearances, nine score involvements, six marks, five inside 50s and four tackles.

Mabior Chol's five goals earned him four coaches' votes while Conor Nash polled two and Lloyd Meek received one.

Nash finished the day with 21 disposals, a game-high 10 clearances and five tackles while Meek laid a game-high six tackles to go with his game-high 37 hit-outs.
