Hawthorn is set to embark on its second consecutive AFLW finals campaign under Senior Coach Daniel Webster, led by stand-in skipper Eliza West on field and injured Captain Emily Bates from the sidelines.

It all kicks off this Friday night at IKON Park as the Hawks take on North Melbourne in a Qualifying Final from 7.15pm.
