Eliza West

The reigning Hawthorn AFLW Best and Fairest Winner, Eliza West has had another stellar season in the brown and gold. The 28-year-old has featured in all 12 games so far, averaging 22.7 disposals. She collected a career and season-high 31 disposals against North Melbourne in Round 12. West has also averaged 15.2 handballs, 5.6 tackles and 3.8 clearances per match.

Jas Fleming

Jas Fleming has finished on the podium in all three of the Hawks' best and fairest counts to date. Despite an injury-interrupted start to the season, 21-year-old Fleming has impressed on the field once again in 2025. She’s averaged 17.8 disposals, 10.1 kicks, 5.6 tackles and 2.3 clearances from her nine games played so far, with finals still to play, a stage on which she shone in 2024.

Lucy Wales

After coming into her own in the ruck in season 2024, young star Lucy Wales took her game to a new level in 2025. Before appendicitis disrupted her 2025 campaign ahead of Round 10, Wales had featured in every match with a strong performance. She averaged 20 hitouts, 18.3 disposals (season and career-high of 27 in Round 7), 10.1 kicks and four clearances per game.

Tilly Lucas-Rodd

Tilly Lucas-Rodd has been pivotal to the Hawks' defence once again in 2025. Coming off a career-best season and their maiden All-Australian blazer in 2024, Lucas-Rodd continued their dominance in 2025. Having featured in all 12 games to date, they’ve averaged 21.1 disposals (season-high 27 in Round 1), 15.5 kicks, 3.6 tackles and 3.5 marks (season and career-high nine in Round 7) per match.

Áine McDonagh

Áine McDonagh has taken her game to new heights this season. Elevated to the leadership group, she has led by example on and off the field. The 27-year-old has played all 12 games to date and booted a career-best 21 goals so far this season. When slotting her 50th goal at the level in Round 11, she became the equal-fastest player to ever achieve the feat. She’s averaging 1.8 goals, 12 disposals, 2.6 tackles and 2.3 marks each week.

Emily Bates

Hawthorn skipper Emily Bates has been sidelined since Round 7 with a sternoclavicular joint injury, but the possibility of a return in finals is still on the cards. Bates’ fearless and competitive nature is always evident in her pursuit of the footy. The 30-year-old has averaged 21.6 disposals, 13.9 handballs, 6.3 tackles and 2.7 clearances a game.
