Hawthorn debutant Bodie Ryan headlines three changes to the Hawks' line-up ahead of their Round 9 clash with Fremantle under Thursday night lights at Optus Stadium.
As announced on Tuesday afternoon, Ryan will line up for his first AFL game off the back of solid form with Box Hill this season.
He joins Max Ramsden and Sam Butler as the additions to Hawthorn's Round 9 side, with Calsher Dear (injured), Finn Maginness (omitted) and Jack Scrimshaw (omitted) coming out of the team.
Like Ryan, Butler and Ramsden have also been rewarded for their form at VFL level, with the latter set to play his first AFL game of the year on Thursday night.
