Hawthorn is set to blood another first-gamer this Saturday afternoon, with young defender Noah Mraz locked in to make his AFL debut against Melbourne at UTAS Stadium.
Mraz will join Matt Hill as the latest pair of youngsters to receive their very first AFL call-up, making them the fifth and sixth debutants for the Hawks in season 2026.

Selected by the Hawks with Pick 35 in the 2024 National Draft, Mraz has developed strongly as a 198cm key back over his first season and a half with the club to earn his opportunity at the highest level this weekend.
The 20-year-old has been a consistent contributor at VFL level this season, averaging 15.6 disposals, 6.9 marks, and 3.8 rebound 50s per match.
Just last week, the Narre Warren North local collected 18 disposals at 89 per cent efficiency, including a game-high 12 intercept possessions and 10 marks.
