Tom Mitchell has capped off a stunning 2021 campaign by taking out the season MVP award, voted by the fans each week.

Mitchell earned an incredible six MVP honours over the course of the year, including two nods in the opening month of the season.

Gathering more disposals than any other player in the competition this year at a rate of 34.3 touches per game, Mitchell was also one of just four Hawks to feature in all 22 matches in 2021.

Chad Wingard came through in second place, after he collected three MVP prizes on the back of a scintillating second half of the year, while Changkuoth Jiath, one of the Hawks feel-good stories of the season, deservedly claimed third spot.
