It's been a big week for the brown and gold as Hawthorn ramps up towards its highly anticipated Centenary Match against Richmond on Sunday afternoon at the MCG.
A host of Hawthorn greats headlined the week, serving a Baker's Dozen of Premiership Cup Cakes to commemorate the special occasion.
Hawks fans were also treated to an array of Hawks on air, including the likes of Peter Hudson, Gary Ayres, and Jordan Lewis, in the lead-up to Sunday's unmissable event.

Andy Gowers - Hawthorn President and 1991 premiership player
"It's incredibly special. We call ourselves the family club for a great reason. We like being a tight-knit family. To celebrate what has already happened in our past over the last 100 years of entering the VFL is incredibly special. It's great to have premiership heroes to celebrate, I know they contributed in a big way."
Robert DiPierdomenico - Five-time premiership player
"A lot of clubs have success, but it's always hard to get people back to the club. Having about 200 players of the past here at a Family Day this year, it was just great to see people. If you've worn the jumper once or if you've worn it 560,000 times like Tucky (Michael Tuck), you belong to this club. It's been 50 years, I can't believe it, since I've been involved. I walked in in 1975 as a 16-year-old boy and here I am today."
Josh Gibson - Three-time premiership player
"When your footy career ends, you all go into different walks of life. Being able to have so much premiership success at this club and bring so many ex-players together is a really special moment. We all have the same experiences and stories to talk about, albeit not playing on the same team. It's a very unique and special thing and something that I know I'm proud of, as are all the guys that have had the opportunity to lift up a premiership cup."
Garry Young - 1961 premiership player
"I owe more to this club than what the club has given me. To play in the '61 first Grand Final, that memory will stay with me for the rest of my life." - via 7 News Melbourne
John Kennedy Jr - Four-time premiership player
"It's been an amazing performance since the '50s. They couldn't win a game, then to be pretty much the most successful club in the last 50 years is an amazing achievement." - via 9 News Melbourne
Will Day - 2023 Peter Crimmins Medallist
"We've obviously got our 100-year anniversary coming up on the weekend. It's a shame I won't be out there, but it's something we're all really proud of. The club's done a great job of connecting us to our past. We really don't want to forget those who came before us in these jumpers. On the guernsey, it's got everyone who's played a game for the club written on there, so it's really special." - via AFL 360
Ash Klein - Hawthorn CEO
"We're absolutely blessed with a plethora of people, champions and people that have dug in during the tough times. We didn't win a premiership until 1961, so there was a bit of a void from 1925 through to 1961. It's been pretty remarkable since then. Everyone's contributed - past players, past officials and certainly don't forget the members, supporters and fans who have turned up each and every week, whether we're on the bottom of the ladder or fighting for a premiership. It's amazing." - via SEN's The Run Home with Andy and Gazey

Gary Ayres - Five-time premiership player
"It's pretty special. We probably started back in February, where we had a wonderful past players' family day, then, of course, the present players were there as well, so that ability to mix and mingle was great. Then, of course, the jumper presentation and I think there might have been maybe 7000 supporters there as well. There was just a real sort of buoyant vibrancy that went along with the day. Then, of course, you fast track it to today, and there were 13 of us there with the Cups being in front of each particular player, as well as 13 replica Cup Cakes. It's special. I personally loved playing with all the guys that I played with. It was such a tight group, whether it was on the field or off the field, the successes that we had, just the ability that we had to share that with all the boys, it was such a special time in the club's history." - via AFL 360
Peter Hudson - 1971 premiership player
"It's as simple as this. What Hawthorn has done for me and my family, I could never repay it. That could go for most Hawthorn supporters. God, they've had a good run!" - via The Front Bar

Jordan Lewis - Four-time premiership player
"When you go back to these things, you realise the quality of players over generations that Hawthorn have been able to produce. I mean, you look at that photo (of 13 premiership players from Wednesday's Baker's Dozen event), there's a lot of famous faces in there. I reckon Hawthorn have got a lot of famous faces from the '70s and the '80s, and a lot of great characters." - via Triple M Rush Hour with James Brayshaw and Billy Brownless

Sam Mitchell - Hawthorn Senior Coach and four-time premiership player
"When you play or coach this game, it's very rare that you get a moment to reflect. You're always thinking forward about what's the next thing, and we're certainly doing that. A couple of days ago, we had all the Cups sitting out here and all the people that had been part of them and it was quite daunting the amount of goals and premierships and best and fairests and all these things that these players have won and how they've shared them together. For our players to see the camaraderie of those guys is fantastic. I think the AFL's done a fantastic job of giving us a really good forum, and playing against Richmond who we played our first ever game against in 1925. I think it's a pretty special afternoon. Hopefully the brown and gold will turn out, and I'm sure they will for what will be a pretty good show. I think it starts at 2.30, all the entertainment. If I was going and sitting in the stands, I would be there by then."
