Hawthorn will face the Western Bulldogs in a Round 3 clash on Saturday night as part of the AFLW's Indigenous Round.
It's the Hawks first trip to Mission Whitten Oval in history, having met only twice previously, at Box Hill City Oval and Mars Stadium in Ballarat. Of the two meetings the sides are square at one win apiece.
The Hawks have won their first two games of the season against Brisbane and Carlton to sit fifth on the ladder, while the Bulldogs are 1-1 with a loss to the Demons and win over Richmond, to sit 11th.
As part of Indigenous Round, Hawthorn will wear its 2025 Indigenous Guernsey designed by proud Noongar and Yamatji man and Hawthorn's Indigenous Player Development Manager Jamie Bennell, who also designed the men’s 2025 Sir Doug Nicholls Round Guernsey.
