The AFL membership cut off was on 31 July, and the Hawks' 2015 tally finished at 72,918 members.

This year's tally is up 4,268 members from last year - or 6.2 per cent.

At Friday night's match against Richmond, the Hawks thanked the club's members with a number of different activities.

  • A thank-you cake appeared in both the Miller and Hassett rooms at the MCG for Legends and Kennedy Club members, and was served to these members at half-time
  • Twenty-five members were invited onto the MCG surface to hold Hawthorn flags pre-game
  • GM - Football Operations Chris Fagan gave a pre-match address to 50 first-year Hawks members in the Southern Stand changerooms
  • Fifty members who had attended the most games in 2015 formed a guard of honour for the players as they ran onto the ground and through the banner

The Hawks also thanked members when the club reached 70,000 members for the first time earlier this year.

The Club looks forward to your support for the remainder of 2015 and beyond.
