As the football world has come to expect from Tom Scully, the man worked himself into the ground in 2020.

While his disposal numbers may not have reached the heights of previous seasons, Scully’s effort, workrate and professionalism could never come into question.

But Scully’s possession numbers across his 14 appearances this year never fell below double digits.

The value of the 29-year-old’s touches this year was also high, leading the Hawks in goal assists this year despite missing four games.

His best performances this year came in his final three outings, between Rounds 14 and 16, when he averaged 17.3 disposals and a goal per game as he spent more time in the forwardline mix.
