Hawthorn will be without star forward Luke Breust and promising defender Denver Grainger-Barras ahead of its Round 21 clash with Collingwood on Sunday.

Earlier this week the club confirmed Breust will miss at least the next fortnight as he recovers from a knee injury he suffered in the side's win over Brisbane, while Grainger-Barras has been managed.

Grainger-Barras has appeared in five of the Hawks last six games after making his debut in Round 15.

In place of the outgoing duo, Harry Morrison, Oliver Hanrahan, Jon Ceglar, Damon Greaves, Jacob Koschitzke and Josh Morris have entered the 26-man squad.

Previously fixtured to be played at UTAS Stadium, the match-up with Collingwood was shifted to the MCG in light of the detection of a COVID-19 case in Tasmania on Thursday.

Hawks-Pies shifted to the 'G
