Last time we met

Hawthorn (56) defeated by Collingwood (107) in Round 12, 2025.

Collingwood got the better of the Hawks in a Friday night clash at the MCG back in Round 12, with the Hawks going down by 51 points.

Ginnivan delivered against his old side with three goals and recorded an equal career-high 31 disposals, but didn't have enough teammates going with him in the second half.

Tom Barrass took a few strong intercept and contested marks in defence, but for the most part, Collingwood was able to find too many targets forward of centre.

Sam Mitchell swapped James Sicily and Blake Hardwick at half-time, sending the skipper into attack and the hard-nosed latter to man Jamie Elliott, but the skilful Pie promptly booted a fifth to open the third.

Ginnivan, Barrass, Conor Nash, Josh Weddle and Karn Amon were among the Hawks best.

Half time sees an AFLW takeover ahead of the 2025 season commencing next weekend, with your chance to win a trip to Cairns. While post-match, there’ll be a Borderlands 4 activation.
