Box Hill Hawks v Geelong
Saturday 4 July
Skilled Stadium at 2.00pm

Looking for another away victory, Box Hill Hawks travel down to Skilled Stadium against Geelong.

Dale Amos in his 1st season at the helm a three-time Geelong Football League premiership coach with South Barwon will have his work cut-out with a hungry Box Hill side after just falling short against Werribee.

Sitting in 10th position, Geelong has a new addition in former Werribee forward James Podsiadly now Geelong VFL Captain.

Podsiadly 2nd in the VFL goal kicking with 41 goals comes as a great gain while the club lost a VFL legend in James Byrne coming into the 2009 season.

Having beaten Northern Bullants in an upset victory in Round 11 Geelong after a tough run starting the season have won three of their last five games.

Important a victory for Box Hill would keep a position in a top four also possibly a break away from opposing teams looking to challenge the Hawks for a top-four spot.

Congratulations to Beau Dowler if not selected for Hawthorn who plays his 50th game for Box Hill Hawks.

Last time these two sides met, Geelong won by 50 points in Round 15 2008.
