Cam McKinlay joined the Hawks in 2024 as an AFLW Development Coach and returns for season 2025.
McKinlay has experience as a senior coach at UNSW-ES Bulldogs and as an assistant coach of Fitzroy's Senior Women's team. He is also the team’s runner.
McKinlay joins Jake Ireland, Kai Baker-Hill and Devina Lai as Hawthorn’s AFLW Development Coaches this year.
