Cam McKinlay joined the Hawks in 2024 as an AFLW Development Coach and this year will take on an elevated role as Assistant Midfield Coach.
He has experience as a senior coach at UNSW-ES Bulldogs and as an assistant coach of Fitzroy's Senior Women's team.Â
