Jake Ireland has joined the Hawks as an AFLW Development Coach ahead of the 2025 season.
Ireland comes from an athletics background, specialising in sprinting.
This year, he led the North Ringwood women's side to the Eastern Football Netball League Division 1 Premiership.
He joins Cam McKinlay, Kai Baker-Hill and Devina Lai as the club's AFLW Development Coaches this year.
