Jake Ireland joined the Hawks as an AFLW Development Coach ahead of the 2025 season.
Ireland comes from an athletics background, specialising in sprinting.
He finished second in the 2026 Stawell Gift.Â
Last year, Ireland led the North Ringwood women's side to the Eastern Football Netball League Division 1 Premiership.
