Michael Ericson

Ericson joined Hawthorn ahead of the 2024 season and immediately took the Hawks to a VFLW finals campaign as their Senior Coach.

Like Hawthorn's AFL/VFL model, the AFLW program has adopted the highly successful role of having the VFLW Senior Coach serve as a Development Coach within the AFLW team.

Prior to joining the brown and gold, Ericson has held coaching roles at the Northern Blues (2015-2017) and Essendon (2018) VFLW sides, as well as his role as the Senior Coach of the VFLW Darebin Falcons in 2019.
