Devina Lai joined the Hawks in 2025 as an AFLW Development Coach.
Lai has playing experience with Richmond Central in the VAFA, winning her club’s goal kicking in 2024.
She joins Jake Ireland, Cam McKinlay and Kai Baker-Hill as the club's AFLW Development Coaches this year.
