Keegan Brooksby

As a former Hawthorn AFL player, Keegan Brooksby knows the club well.

He joined Hawthorn's AFLW program ahead of its inaugural season and initially served as the club's AFLW Strategy and Opposition Coach.

In 2023, he moved into the AFLW Head of Development role while serving as the Hawks’ Academy Manager and Box Hill Talent Manager.

Ahead of the 2024 season, Brooksby moved into a line-coach role, guiding the likes of Emily Bates and Jas Fleming in Hawthorn's strong midfield group.

He is also the club's AFLW List Manager and has started off his tenure strongly, recruiting the likes of premiership player Najwa Allen and draftees Lavinia Cox and Daisy Flockart to the brown and gold ahead of season 2025.
